Carrisse Uta'i (Si'umu, Aleisa) is an award-winning Pacific producer-writer. Her award-winning shorts include "Find Where I Belong" (Best Short Fiction, FIFO Tahiti 2023) and her debut written short "KÜĪ" (Best Indigenous Short, Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival 2025). As co-founder of KAKAIA Productions, she champions Indigenous and Pacific storytelling. Recipient of 2024 Day One Vista Foundation Spirit Award.
