Since graduating from Toi Whakaari NZ School of drama, Ella has been busy in the industry as an actor, acting coach and artist. Mentored by legendary acting coach Miranda Harcourt, Ella has coached on some of the biggest current TV shows in Aotearoa, including MYSTIC (BBC/TVNZ, nominated best children’s show in the NZ Television Awards 2021), BLACK HANDS (Warner Bros/TVNZ - nominated Best Drama NZ Television Awards 2021) and POWER RANGERS (Netflix). Ella has also coached on a number of New Zealand Film Commission short films. She is one of the founding members of award-winning indie film company ‘Don’t Shoot Films’.

Ashleigh Roworth

Producer

Ashleigh Roworth is a producer whose background is in the commercial side of filmmaking. After several years working for design and branding agencies, Ashleigh joined Wrestler in 2019 to hone her skills in motion and video production. Through this work she has developed a passion for connecting with people and telling their stories on screen. Some of Ashleigh’s work at Wrestler includes the Green Party of Aotearoa’s 2020 election campaign video, Allbirds campaigns and a 10 month long project with Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment which filmed in 14 towns across Aotearoa.

Emma Mortimer

Producer

Emma Mortimer is an emerging producer with a number of short films in post-production and features in development. She is working with producer Alex Reed (Bloom Pictures) across her slate, which includes the recently released THERE IS NO “I” IN THREESOME. Emma’s recent short films include: THE CALF (dir: Simon London and Matthew Sunderland) – In Competition at Odense Film Festival 2022, LOST AT SEA (dir: Asuka Sylvie) and THAT WORKMAN’S ARM (dir: Simon London) – International Competition, Clermont-Ferrand (2022). She also produced Dylan Pharazyn’s music video for WAX CHATTELS - CAREER, NZOA Best Music Video and Best Editor at the Show Me Shorts (2020).
