Baby Tooth

Raphaella Holder-Monk is a New Zealand writer and director whose work blends grounded human experiences with surreal and darker elements. With a background in the camera department, she brings a strong visual approach to storytelling. Her second short film, Baby Tooth, was filmed in 2026 after receiving funding through Day One Shorts and NZ On Air.

Chantelle Watts is a wahine Māori filmmaker with a background in performing arts, film production and Māori services. A graduate of Toi Whakaari, she has worked across the New Zealand screen industry, contributing to projects including Mortal Engines and Daffodils. Alongside her mahi in hauora Māori, Chantelle writes, directs and produces stories shaped by personal experience and a passion for storytelling.

Ashleigh Waters is a director, actor, producer and intimacy coordinator whose work champions communication, safety and authentic representation. With extensive experience across film and television, she brings a people-focused approach to supporting cast and crew wellbeing, fostering trust, inclusivity and collaboration on set.
